Nothing but glitches now

Ive been playing this game for a while now. A few weeks ago I open the app and I cannot select my level, it just throws me in one. Whenever I beat a level, it just freezes. Ive been gaining experience but not coins or gems anymore. It shows that Im on level 904. I sent an email to their support team after a day of it doing that, and then one a week later. Still havent heard anything from them. Used to be great, but the fact that they cant respond or make this problem goes away means I wont be downloading anymore gram games.
