Game crashes and updates killed the fun

I was having a great time playing this game, but after a couple of updates the game started to crash after watching ads. This is upsetting for a couple of reasons, one if I used points for a perk and the game crashed I lost points and had to restart the level, two, after I watched an ad that the developer is paid for and the game crashed I lost my time which in return is money.

Due to the unreliability of this I decided to delete the game and find more reliable productive ways to spend my time....AKA money.
