Game has been broken for weeks

Since the last update, I am unable to level up. This means that I can continue to progress through the stages, but my attack power isn’t moving up with them. I contacted support and was told that an update would be released shortly; that was 2 weeks ago. At this point the game has been unplayable for at least 3 weeks.

Update: Finally uninstalled after being told for weeks that an update was coming soon. Not worth your time. Definitely not worth your money.
