Wtf?

So i really like this game. So much so, that I played it very much and gained a very high level. And the middle of a level? - boom. My games crashes and I’m at level 1 again. That’s kind of a bummer. I can’t remember which level I was, but one chest brought me 10 stars, so it was pretty high. Any support guys who care to help?
