Special event doesn’t work

I love this game, it can entertain me and puzzle my mind for hours. However, I just noticed i can’t participate in the new event (1001 Nights). I would go to the screen with the nine stages and the genie, but when I tapped on the first level, nothing appeared. I couldn’t use my spells since there were no enemies on the field. Also, when I would restart the level, exit the level and come back, or restart the app, the same thing happened: nothing would appear. It hasn’t affected the normal levels, but I would have liked to play in the event. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this game!!

I liked it a lot but the new 1001 part of the game does not work. It gives me the levels but when I try to play the first one it just is Blank

I love this game Gameplay and graphic and everything is fantastic

After I defeat the boss I am unable to finish the level. Nothing happens unable to do anything. I have close the app. Bad patch and update should have done some QA Still no response after I contacted their support after their reply. :/

The latest update claims to fix the problem, but every time I beat the current level, my screen just freezes. Can’t go back to the home screen. Can’t continue forward. Just stuck. I don’t even see the screen where I select levels anymore. It just immediately opens to this particular level. Don’t know what happened, but this has ruined an otherwise great game.

Except for the cheaters. Literally saw someone named “hacker” have a million points in the weekly contest. Please do something about that.

Began Great, don’t even mind the ads but now I can’t even speed up my spells. It takes forever just to finish a single level, and isn’t as quick as it used to be. It’s not worth playing until I can speed up the spells again. You fixed some issues and it looks better now but the spells are just too slow.

Since most recent update, at the end of the stage it just stops. Never get to open chest and can not advance. Wizard steps back at the end and that is it.

It says it supports iOS 7 but when I try to open it it just closes on its own

After the latest update the game freezes after you complete or fail a level. It’s like being in Bounzy! limbo. But, maybe I’m just one of an unlucky few? Otherwise, I would rate higher.

I really do love this game! The graphics are adorable and I love the colors and the way it flows, but something is ruining the game for me. The ads crash my game, and on certain ones, I can’t ‘X’ out of it. Particularly the Air B&B add. This is a big downfall seeing as though I have to restart the game to get it to go away. It’s a bummer when I get the chest and key but cannot reap the rewards at the end because I’ve had to close the app down to continue playing. Please fix this issue.

Every time I lose the game just locks up and I don’t get my chest please help I love this game

I’ve been stuck on level 101 a while. I can complete it, but it freezes before the chest opens. When I start the game again, it sometimes even start at the beginning of 1010 with me already at the Bounzy! Ball slinging screen. I will update if this bug ever gets fixed.

Fun game. Very addicting.

Just started playing and already hit a brick wall cant go any further its becoming impossible when you have to play over and over and over just to move on it becomes boring and stupid!

I really liked the game! It was fun simple and a nice thing just in case your bored but not so much that you actually do something engaging. But then a new update came and the cute little blobs turned into goblins, which I didnt really like but ok, whatever BUT THEN I tried to open the game and it just gives me a still picture! I honestly tried for about half and hour but nothing happened not even a load bar just a wizard and some grass and thats it! Id probably like the game more if it, you know, ACTUALLY FUNCTIONED!!!

On level 60 its next to impossible because it spawns those dragons almost every time and when you attack anything it barley does damage.Other than that its fun addicting and offline.
